I understand the following:
Late Arrival Policy:
Arriving 10 minutes past your appointment could result in the cancelation/rescheduling of your appointment. Thank you for understanding as we work to keep appointments on time and not affect other clients.
Booking Fee Policy:
A $50 Booking Fee will be charged ahead of time for all New Clients to the Spa. This fee may be applied to services received same day. If the appointment is canceled prior to 24 hours, before the appt time, it can be refunded.
Cancelation/No Show Policy:
Any cancelation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a $50 non-refundable fee.
After any ‘No Show’ Appointment, the Client must pay the $50 cancelation fee and then pay in advance a $50 Cancelation Fee for any future appointments booked in case an additional ‘No Show’ occurs. That cancelation fee may be used if the client comes to the scheduled appointment, but if 24 hours notice is not given, the fee is non-refundable. If the fee is not paid in advance, the appointment will automatically be canceled. Spa Policy is that after three ‘No Show’ Appointments, the spa will no longer provide services to the client in the future.
Card On File Policy:
We require a card on file to schedule an appointment. We do not charge the card on file unless we are charging for a booking or cancellation fee. You may choose to use this card at the time of your service or choose a different payment method.
Minimum Units:
For Neuromodulator Appointments, the minimum purchase units is 20 units of Botox or Jeuveau and 50 units of Dysport in an appointment unless only a Lip Flip or Eyebrow Lift is booked. Follow up appointments within 30 days do not require the minimum units, but are charged per additional unit injected.
