We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation
policy is designed to accommodate unexpected changes while ensuring we can
offer the best service to all our clients.
Cancellation Notice:
- Cancellations
must be made at least 24 hours or 48 hours on weekends before your
scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.
- Cancellations
made less than 24 hours or 48 hours on weekends in advance will incur a
cancellation fee of 50% of the service.
- We
understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible
if an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment. We may
waive fees on a case-by-case basis.
No-Show Policy:
- If
you do not show up for your appointment and have not canceled, you will
be charged the 100% of reserved services.
Rescheduling:
- You
may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours
or 48 hours on weekends in advance.
- Rescheduling
requests made less than 24 hours or 48 hours on weekends before your
appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee.

ensures that we can continue to provide timely and quality service to all

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject
to confirmation. Once your reservation is made, you will receive an email or
text confirmation (depending on your preferences) with the details of your
appointment.
Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Payments are processed securely.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or
rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours or 48 hours on weekends
before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 100%
of service.
Refunds: Refunds are only provided if
cancellations are made in accordance with our cancellation policy. No refunds
will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations.
Modifications: Any changes to your booking,
including date or time adjustments, must be requested at least 24 hours or 48
hours on weekends in advance and are subject to availability.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your
appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or
rescheduling, depending on availability.
Health and Safety: Please inform us of any
health conditions or allergies that may affect your service. We reserve the
right to refuse service if health and safety concerns arise.
Privacy Policy: Your personal information will
be used solely for booking and communication purposes. We adhere to strict
privacy practices and do not share your information with third parties.
Liability: We are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
