Booking Terms

Medical Disclaimer

 

      IV hydration therapy is designed for wellness, rehydration, and recovery purposes only, and is NOT intended to replace or serve as a substitute for medical treatment. Clients are REQUIRED to disclose any existing medical conditions or allergies prior to booking, as certain health conditions may render IV therapy unsuitable.

 Informed Consent

      By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge their understanding of the procedure and its associated risks, which may include but are not limited to bruising, discomfort, or allergic reactions. Clients retain the right to refuse treatment at any point during the session.

 Age Disclaimer 

IV hydration services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. For clients under 18, parental consent is required for treatment or physicians approval.

Medical Assessment

      Clients are advised to consult with a healthcare professional if they have any concerns regarding their health before booking an appointment. We reserve the right to decline service if, in the professional’s judgment, the client is deemed unsuitable for IV therapy based on their medical history or current condition. 

Payment & Pricing

      To confirm your booking, a $50 deposit is required, which will be applied to your total service cost.

Full payment is due at the time of service. Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable, and additional charges such as cancellation fees, travel fees, or special add-ons may apply. We accept Cash, Zelle, and Venmo for payment.All pricing details will be provided when booking.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

      Clients must provide a minimum of 24 to 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to adhere to this notice period, as well as no-shows, may result in a cancellation fee.

 

Limitation of Liability

      Clients acknowledge and agree to waive any claims against our business for any injury or harm that may occur during or after treatment. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or equipment malfunctions.

 

Confidentiality  

       We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Personal and medical information will be maintained in strict confidence in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA.

 

Compliance with Local Laws

      Our services comply with all relevant local laws and regulations, and all treatments are administered by licensed and qualified professionals.

 

Emergency Procedures 

      In the event of a medical emergency during the session, we will contact emergency services on the client’s behalf. However, it is the client’s responsibility to seek immediate medical attention as necessary.

 

Indemnification  

      Clients agree to indemnify and hold our business harmless from any legal claims, costs, or damages that may arise from their use of our services, provided the services were performed in good faith and within professional guidelines.

 

Service Availability

      Our services are available within a specified geographic area, and availability may vary based on scheduling and practitioner availability. We reserve the right to modify or change appointment times as necessary.
