Card on file policy:

We require all patients to provide a credit card when scheduling an appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the card on file will be charged the applicable fee.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to provide each patient with quality time for individualized services, we ask that you please try to cancel an appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time so we may try to reschedule you and other patients as quickly as possible. You will be reminded of your appointment time.

In the event of a cancellation without 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file. 

No Show: A ‘no-show’ appointment refers to when a patient fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. In the event of a no-show, the patient’s credit card on file will be charged a fee of $100.
