Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in a loss of your deposit of $50-$100 (depending on service)
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened at the provider’s discretion, and you may be subject to loss of your deposit

Payment & Refund Policy
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
  • Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if within the allowed timeframe
  • All treatments, products, and services are non-refundable once provided, please refer to our website for a full refund policy.
