Appointment Booking & Confirmation
- A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your appointment for all injectables, skin treatments, and wellness services
- You will receive an email or text confirmation upon successful booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in a loss of your deposit of $50-$100 (depending on service)
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened at the provider’s discretion, and you may be subject to loss of your deposit
Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
- Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if within the allowed timeframe
- All treatments, products, and services are non-refundable once provided, please refer to our website for a full refund policy.
