By booking an appointment with Renew@theZoo, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These policies are in place to respect our providers’ time and ensure a smooth experience for all clients.

All appointments must be scheduled through our official platform or website, or in person.
Our "usual operating hours" are posted online. However our actual availability for an appointment may vary from these posted hours. Some of our Team Members are first responders and thus their schedule of availability may fluctuate. Actual availability will of course show up as an available appointment online.

A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.

You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and video link (if applicable) after booking.
Lab Draw Appointments : Please note that hormone lab testing is best done in the morning, fasting.
We recommend you book these appointments on Wednesday or Thursday Mornings between 7:00 am - 10:00 am.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full service fee.

Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
4. Technology Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection and a working device (phone, tablet, or computer) with audio and video capabilities for Telemedicine appointments.

If technical issues on the client’s end prevent a successful session, it may be considered a late cancellation or no-show.
5. Refund Policy

Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Package sessions or prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable once initiated, unless canceled by the clinic.

If technical or scheduling issues arise on our end, we will gladly reschedule your appointment at no cost.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All online sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with HIPAA and relevant privacy regulations. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
