Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $50. Also, a no-show fee of $50 will apply if you do not call or show up for your appointment.
Deposit Policy:
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
Card on File Policy:
A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. By booking online, you authorize So Well Medspa to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation, no-show, or late arrival fees.
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to cancellation fees to protect the schedules of other clients.
Package Policy:
Package services must be used within the designated timeframe. Missed package appointments without proper notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
