Booking Policies & Terms of Service

1. Cancellation Policy      
   1. To respect the time of our team and other clients: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations/ rescheduling
   2. Late cancellations (<24hrs) will incur a $50 fee (or forfeiture of deposit, if applicable).
   3. Late arrivals (>15 minutes) may be rescheduled at our discretion leading to the above mentioned fees.
   4. No-Shows: will be charges 100% of scheduled service.

    

   Exceptions: illness or emergencies (documentation may be requested).  

2. Deposit Policy
   1. Some services require a non-refundable deposit of varying amounts to secure your appointment
   2. Deposits are applies to your service cost on the day of treamtment 
   3.  forfeiture: deposits are lost if you cancel late/ no-show the appointment.

      1. Agnes, Scarlet, Cellenis Derma, Full Facial Balancing with Fillers, LaseMD Ulra
3. Terms and Conditions
   1. by booking, you agree to:
      1. Health Disclosure: Provide accurate medical history and disclose medications/allergies
      2. Payment: Pay remaining balance at checkout (we accept Amex, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash).
      3. Refunds: no refunds on services rendered or deposits on services. 
      4. Minors: clients: clients under the age of 18 require parental consent.
      5. Results: individual outcomes vary; we do not guarantee specific results.
      6. Media Release: we may use de-identified photos for educational/ marketing purposes (opt-out available).
4. How to Book/ Modify Appointments

   2. Phone/ Text: 201-933-2333. Make sure to add your full name, date/time of appointment, and when you would want to book/reschedule for
