SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT.

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, we require a credit card to reserve any initial consultation, good faith exam, or service at Eumorphia Medspa. If you are unable to provide a card to reserve your appointment, it will not be scheduled.  

PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL

First-time patients should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure all new patient paperwork is completed.  

LATE ARRIVAL

Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may be rescheduled. We will try to accommodate you if you arrive late, but we cannot promise your full service time. You will be charged the full value of your treatment for arrivals that are more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time. 

CANCELLATIONS & SCHEDULE CHANGES

As a courtesy to all, we require  24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.  Schedule changes or cancellations that provide less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
