Policies

1) All services are medically supervised by our medical director and nurse practioner. 

2) All clients must be seen through our telehealth services by our nurse practitioner in order to establish care. Our telehealth fee is $100.00.

3) Blood work is required in order to be evaluated. We may order blood work for you, or you can submit blood work that was collected within the last 90 days. 

4) All prescribed medication balances must be paid before the order is placed at the pharmacy.

5) All prescribed medications are delivered directly from the pharmacy to the clients shipping address.

6) Shipping time frame is 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. 

7) There are no refunds or returns on prescribed medications.

8) Any order received that is incorrect must be reported the same day as delivery.
