Appointments
All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card. A non-refundable deposit may be required for select services and will be applied toward your treatment total.

Consultations
New client consultations are required prior to treatment. A consultation fee may apply and is redeemable toward services booked within 30 days.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality care for all clients. Late arrivals may be considered a no-show.

Children & Guests
Due to safety and insurance policies, children are not permitted in the treatment room.

Health & Wellness
Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, have a cold sore, or any active skin infection. Your safety is our priority, and some treatments may be contraindicated.

Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and contactless payments. Financing options may be available upon request.
