Your appointment is reserved exclusivly for you. Should you need to change your appointment for any reason, we do require a 24 hour advanced notice from your scheduled service. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, you will be charged 50% of the schedudled service fee. If no notice is provided, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled servicec fee.
Late Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect the time of all clients and providers, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

In this case, a late cancellation fee will be applied in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals when possible, but out of respect for other clients, services may be shortened or rescheduled as needed.
