Online Booking Terms & Conditions

By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cancellation Policy
Appointments cannot be canceled or modified within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If you must make a change, please call our office directly at 561-283-2692. We do not accept last-minute cancellations via text, email, or online requests.

2. Deposit Policy
Any deposit collected is applied toward the service you receive. Deposits are required to reserve your appointment time and ensure availability. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed appointments but may be transferred when proper notice is given.

3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting other appointments.

4. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without proper notice may result in a no-show fee and may require a deposit to book future visits.

5. Health & Safety
Please inform our team of any medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments that may affect your service.

6. Treatment Eligibility
All treatments are subject to professional evaluation. Not every client may be an ideal candidate for certain procedures.

7. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.
