Booking Terms & Policies

1. Appointment Scheduling

   • All appointments must be booked through our online system or by calling the clinic.

   • Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

   • We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

   • Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Late Arrivals

   • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

   • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other patients.

4. Payments

   • Payment is due at the time of service.

   • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing/payment options.

5. Medical Considerations

   • Certain treatments require a consultation or medical clearance prior to booking.

   • Please disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and current medications during your consultation.

6. New Patients

   • First-time patients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms.

   • A valid ID may be required at your first visit.

7. Clinic Rights

   • TruWellness Medical Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if necessary for patient safety, provider availability, or medical reasons.
