We kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit of $50 to reserve your appointment, which can be credited toward your consultation, treatment, or surgery. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to retain this deposit. Thank you for your understanding — we look forward to caring for you.
