Cancellation policy:
At Panthera Palm Beach, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional services to all of our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate all appointment requests and maintain high-quality care, we have established the following 24-hour cancellation policy
Appointment Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the available time slot to other clients.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file.
Appointment Modifications: If you need to modify your appointment (e.g., change the service type or reduce the service duration), please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust the service to fit the remaining time or reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen. In cases of severe illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Card on file / deposit policy:
At Panthera Palm Beach, we are committed to providing a seamless and personalized experience for every client. To ensure efficient appointment management and maintain the highest quality of service, we have established the following Card on File and Deposit Policy:
Card on File Policy:
All clients are required to keep an active credit or debit card securely on file when booking an appointment.
Your card information is securely stored in compliance with industry-standard encryption and privacy practices.
No charges will be made to your card without prior notification, except in cases of late cancellations, no-shows, or other policy violations, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Deposit Policy:
For select services a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. For consultations, which are complimentary the deposit will be applied to your product or service purchase.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
