Client Policy & Guidelines

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all clients and providers, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:

1. Cancellations & Changes

• We require at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booked service.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service. If you have pre-paid for a service, you forfeit that service.
• Free consultation no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged $50.

2. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, the late cancellation fee will apply.
• We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals when possible, but out of respect for other clients, services may be shortened or rescheduled as needed.

3. Retail Product Returns & Exchanges

• Unused and unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit.
• Due to safety and hygiene standards, opened or used products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Services & Packages

• All services and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Services and packages are customized for the individual client and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
