We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $35.

No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the full service charge.
