1. Appointment Scheduling

• All appointments must be scheduled through our secure online booking system or by calling our front desk.

• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or changes to your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $35.

• No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

3. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the full service charge.

4. Refunds & Returns

• Services are non-refundable once rendered.

• Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred or exchanged for other services with management approval.

5. Health Considerations

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures prior to your appointment.

• Certain treatments may not be suitable for all guests and will be adjusted for your safety and comfort.

6. Age Policy

• Guests must be 18 years or older to receive most medical spa treatments unless accompanied by a parent or guardian and with prior approval.

• If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
