Solee Cosmetic Surgery – Cancellation, Testing, and Rescheduling Policy

1. Surgical Procedure Booking Policy:

• All surgical procedures must be paid in full a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled surgery date.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or rescheduling of the procedure, and a $500 rescheduling fee may apply.

2. Mandatory Pre-Surgical Testing:

• All patients are required to undergo a pregnancy test and drug screening prior to surgery.

• If either test returns positive, the surgery will be canceled, and a $1,000 administrative fee will be charged to cover preparation costs, surgical block time, staffing, and medical clearances.

3. Surgical Cancellation Policy:

• Surgeries canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit.

• Surgeries canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date may incur up to 50% of the total procedure cost.

4. Rescheduling:

• Surgery may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 14 days in advance.

• Additional changes or short-notice rescheduling (less than 14 days) will incur a $1000 fee.

5. Non-Surgical Appointments (Injectables, Body Contouring, Facials, etc.):

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any non-surgical procedures.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will result in a $150 fee or forfeiture of the service deposit.

6. Refund Policy:

• All payments made are non-refundable.

• Any prepayments or deposits will be applied as a credit only in cases of approved medical cancellations with documentation, at management's discretion.

  • I understand that non-surgical services require 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • I agree to complete all required forms a minimum of 48 hours prior to my appointment.

  • I acknowledge that a positive pregnancy or drug test may result in cancellation and a $1,000 administrative fee.
