At Regen Medical Aesthetics, our goal is to provide you with exceptional service in a professional, respectful, and efficient environment. To maintain the integrity of our business operations and provide the best care for all our clients, the following Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments and transactions.

1. Appointment Booking & Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout. If you cancel outside of our allowed policy window (see below), the deposit may be forfeited.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you fail to notify us within 24 hours and do not reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the booked service fee.
• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service fee and may result in loss of future booking privileges.
• If you reschedule within the 24-hour window, no fee will be charged, and your deposit will be retained and applied to the new appointment.

 

3. Refund & Return Policy

Regen Medical Aesthetics does not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances whatsoever. This applies to all:

• Medical aesthetic services, regardless of satisfaction or outcome.
• Retail products, even if unopened or unused.
• Credits or deposits – they may not be transferred, exchanged, or applied toward any other services or products.

Once a product has left the premises, it may not be returned, exchanged, or brought back for any reason. We reserve the right to uphold this policy without exception.

4. Service Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges of one service for another. Once a service has been booked or rendered, it is considered final.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Regen Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
• Failure to comply with clinic policies.
• Medical contraindications or conditions that may impact safety.

This is for the protection of our team, our clients, and the integrity of our practice.

6. Results Disclaimer

Results from treatments may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to post-treatment care. No guarantees are made, and no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with results. Clients acknowledge that aesthetic treatments involve variability and individual response.

7. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment with Regen Medical Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms listed above.
