📅 Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To best serve all our clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a $50 fee 💳.

🔐 Credit Card on File To uphold our scheduling policies and accommodate all clients efficiently, we require a valid credit card on file. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Your information is securely stored and protected.

⏰ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to keep us on schedule ⌛. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your visit, and a cancellation fee may apply.

💰 Deposits Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled, late or missed.

💵 Payment Terms Payment is due in full at the time of service.
