-
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your selected time.
-
Appointments without a deposit will be automatically cancelled.
Treatment Planning & Candidacy
-
The appointment you are booking reflects your desired treatment.
-
All patients will undergo a medical consultation and assessment during their visit.
-
If your provider determines you are not an appropriate candidate for the treatment you selected, they will collaborate with you to adjust the plan based on your individual goals, medical history, and the most appropriate treatment options to achieve safe and optimal results.
Provider Availability
-
While we do our best to maintain continuity of care, provider assignments may change due to scheduling or clinical needs.
-
If your provider changes, you will be notified in advance, and your care will be transitioned to another licensed and qualified member of our clinical team.
General Booking Terms
-
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling.
-
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit.

By booking, you authorize Cupertino Facial Esthetics to contact you via phone, email, or text for appointment reminders, updates, or treatment communications.
