Terms & Conditions for Booking Online Appointments
Above and Beyond Aesthetics and Wellness
By booking an appointment online with Above and Beyond Aesthetics and Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointment Confirmation
Your appointment will be confirmed via email or text after booking. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
3. Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on provider availability. Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may be marked as a no-show.
4. Deposits & Payments
Certain services may require a deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment.
5. Medical Disclosure
Accurate and complete medical history must be provided prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation of your treatment.
6. Results & Expectations
Individual results vary. Our team will provide guidance, but no specific outcome is guaranteed. We encourage consultations to ensure appropriate treatment selection.
7. Consent Forms
All clients must sign consent and intake forms prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services.
8. Minors
Clients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with prior approval.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Above and Beyond Aesthetics and Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion for inappropriate behavior, medical contraindications, or policy violations.
