We protect your health information in accordance with HIPAA. Your data will only be used for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations unless legally required or authorized by you.
2. Deposits & Cancellation

A 20% deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your total cost.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee up to the full service amount.
3. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA (if applicable). All sales are final; no refunds on services, packages, or prepaid appointments.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Our treatments are overseen by licensed professionals but are not intended to diagnose or cure conditions. You must complete a consent form and understand all risks before beginning treatment.
5. In-House Rules

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your service.
