By booking an appointment through our online platform, you agree to the following terms and policies:

1. Nature of Services

• All services booked through this platform are cash-pay and elective.

• These services are not covered by insurance and are considered independent of any medical insurance plans.

• We do not submit claims or provide superbills for insurance reimbursement for these services.

2. Appointment Confirmation

• Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or text.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust appointments based on provider availability or scheduling conflicts.

3. Payment & Deposits

• All services require payment at the time of booking or on-site before the appointment begins.

• Deposits, if collected, are applied to your service and are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.

• We accept debit/credit cards, checks, and digital payments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 fee or loss of deposit.

5. Late Arrivals

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the provider’s discretion.

6. Consent & Health Disclosure

• Clients must complete any required health questionnaires or consent forms prior to services.

• Certain treatments may be declined if medical history or screening indicates contraindications.
