Please note: "Weight Loss/Weely Semaglutide or Tirzepatide" is an appointment for ESTABLISHED WEIGHT LOSS PATIENTS ONLY. If you are not on our weight loss program but would like to learn more, please contact our office and we will be happy to guide you through our process.

Certain consultations require a deposit. This deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future service; however, it will expire if an appointment is not booked within 30 days of your consultation. No-shows will lose the $100 deposit for future use.

To best respect our providers time as well as all of our patients, no shows for appointments as well as appointments not cancelled prior to the 24 hour mark, will automatically be charged $100. To avoid these fees, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. In the event of an emergency, please call or text our office to avoid this fee.
