• I understand that I am responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by the clinic.

• I understand that certain procedures may require a consultation before treatment is performed.

• I agree to inform the clinic of any recent cosmetic procedures (such as chemical peels, microneedling, or other injectables) that may impact the timing or suitability of my booking.

• I understand that a non-refundable booking fee may apply, and cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.

• I acknowledge that no guarantees have been made regarding specific results, and I consent to treatment with this understanding.
