Almond Aesthetic Medicine – Office Policies

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and appreciate your cooperation in respecting ours. When an appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice, it prevents other clients from receiving needed care.

To best serve all patients, we require a credit card on file for all new and established medical spa clients. Your information is securely encrypted within our electronic system to ensure complete privacy and protection.

If we do not receive proper notice for cancellations or schedule changes, the following fees will apply to your card on file (or will be billed if the card is declined):

  • Appointments 30 minutes or longer: $75 fee

  • Appointments less than 30 minutes (including follow-ups): $50 fee

To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Notifications given more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fee.

Please note that CareCredit is not accepted for appointment deposits.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations (two or more occurrences) may require prepayment of the full service price at the time of scheduling, at management’s discretion.


Late Policy

To ensure you receive your full treatment time, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and check-in.


Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more late may be charged the applicable cancellation fee and asked to reschedule, depending on provider availability.


Payments

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.
We accept:

  • Cash

  • All major credit cards

  • Checks (with valid ID)

  • Gift cards

  • CareCredit financing/Cherry 

A $35 fee will apply to any returned checks.


Expiration Policy

All service purchases and credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Refund Policy

All sales are final, including services, products, and appointment deposits.
If you decide not to use your appointment deposit toward the originally scheduled service, the amount will be converted to an in-office credit, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, which can be applied toward any other treatment or product.


Patient Acknowledgment

By clicking to book an appointment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the policies above. I understand these policies are effective immediately and will remain in effect for the duration of my care at Almond Aesthetic Medicine.
