Silk & Co Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
At Silk & Co, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for every client, we kindly ask that you review and respect our booking terms.
Booking Terms

A valid card on file (or deposit, if applicable) is required to reserve your appointment.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Late arrivals (10 minutes after appointment time) will need to be rescheduled and are subject to cancellation terms.

Certain services, promotions, or memberships may have additional terms; these will be shared at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late cancellation fee (forfeiture of deposit & 50% of scheduled service.).
Members on Silver, Gold & Platinum: will lose their monthly perk OR have the option of a $100 fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and deposits will be forfeited.

Multiple no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.
