Appointment Changes & Cancellations
Appointment changes cannot be made online. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our office directly at 408-706-5000.

As your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to the full service fee.

Deposits
If a deposit is required to secure your appointment, it will be applied toward the total cost of your visit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or in the event of a no-show.
