Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur the full service fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.

If your appointment requires a deposit, it will be applied to the total cost of your visit. Deposits are non-refundable for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or for any “No Show.”
