Terms & Agreements

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• All clients must complete required intake forms prior to their appointment.

• Late arrivals over 10 minutes may result in a shortened or rescheduled service at the provider's discretion.

• Results may vary and are not guaranteed. All services are non-refundable once rendered.

• By booking, you consent to our use of clinical photos for documentation and optional educational or marketing purposes (unless you opt out).

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 late cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.

• Please understand that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients.

Deposit Policy

• Select services may require a deposit to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your final balance.

• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice).

• Your deposit confirms that you understand and agree to these terms.
