Booking Terms & Payment Policy
By booking an appointment with AK Aesthetics LLC you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Deposit Requirement – All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. Your booking will not be confirmed without payment of this deposit.
2. Late Arrival & No-Shows – Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling or a shortened service. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling – We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
4. Non-Refundable Services – All treatment payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered, regardless of perceived results.
5. Results Disclaimer – Individual results vary based on anatomy, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
6. Medical Disclosure – You must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and current medications prior to treatment.
7. Consent Forms – All clients must complete and sign a treatment consent form before any procedure.
Right to Refuse Service: The clinic reserves the right to refuse service at any time, at its sole discretion. In such cases, any deposit or prepayment will be fully refunded to the client.
