Terms and Conditions for Online Booking

By booking an appointment through our online system, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to book and hold your appointment. Your card information is securely stored and will not be charged at the time of booking unless specified otherwise.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a late cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, a no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

4. Consent to Charge

By providing your credit card information and booking an appointment, you consent to be charged the applicable cancellation or no-show fees as described above.

5. Agreement

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
