Terms and Conditions

Appointments require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $50 non-refundable fee per 30 minutes of scheduled time.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you are running behind, we kindly ask that you call the clinic to give us a heads up. If you arrive beyond the grace period, we will do our best to accommodate you, though it may not always be possible depending on the schedule.

Some appointments require prepayment or a deposit to secure the booking. In these cases, a member of the Silhouette Aesthetics team will contact you to confirm and collect the required payment prior to your appointment.
