Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you notify Crown Med Spa at least 24 hours before your appointment should you need to cancel your appointment. For failure to provide prior notification or not attend your appointment, Crown Med Spa reserves the right to charge the card on file a $50 fee. Should you rebook your appointment with Crown Med Spa within 15 days from the original appointment date, the $50 charge will be applied to your service. Appointments that are part of a pre-paid series that are not canceled within 24 hours or are not attended without requested prior notification will have one series session removed.
