Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

To respect the time of our providers and other patients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 non-refundable, non-redeemable fee.
• Appointments scheduled for any treatment requiring 90 minutes or more of reserved provider time require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee if canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.
• Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee(s).

We understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. Exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion.
