Booking Terms & Conditions
At Great Skin & Wellness, we value your time and our commitment to providing an exceptional experience. To ensure a smooth and respectful process for all clients, we kindly ask you to review and agree to the following booking policies:
1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Clients must provide accurate personal and medical information when requested to ensure safe and effective treatments.

For certain services, a consultation may be required prior to treatment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours notice (you choose depending on how strict you want to be) to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in prepayment requirements or refusal of future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the time of other clients.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation fees.
4. Refunds & Payments

All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments.

Prepaid packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are unsatisfied with your treatment results, please contact us directly so we may assist you.
5. Medical & Safety Considerations

Great Skin & Wellness is a medical spa; certain treatments require medical clearance.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Minors & Consent

Clients must be 18 years or older for most medical spa services.

For minors seeking eligible treatments, a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide written consent.
7. Memberships & Packages

Memberships and prepaid treatment series must be used within the designated time frame.

Unused services will expire and cannot be carried over, refunded, or transferred.
8. Photography & Marketing

With your consent, photos may be taken before and after treatments for medical documentation.

Images will only be used for marketing purposes with your prior written authorization.
9. Liability

By booking with Great Skin & Wellness, you acknowledge that results vary per individual and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

The spa and its providers are not liable for complications if full disclosure of medical history was not provided.
10. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
