Nefer Aesthetic Clinic – Online Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment online with Nefer Aesthetic Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Appointment Confirmation
All appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed by email or text once successfully booked.
A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your appointment with a $75 Fee. This fee may be applied to your treatment if you decide to do it.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments (“no-shows”) may result in a cancellation fee.

You must complete all required medical history and consent forms prior to treatment.
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment.
Nefer Aesthetic Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient.
5. Eligibility & Medical Oversight
Some treatments require medical clearance and are performed only under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director.
Patients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable or medical-grade aesthetic treatments. Proof of age may be required.

By booking, you acknowledge that all procedures carry inherent risks. Our expecialist will explain risks and aftercare during your consultation. You will also receive a concent form to read and sign before any treatment process.
Nefer Aesthetic Clinic and its staff are not liable for outcomes beyond our control.

All personal and medical information is kept confidential in compliance with HIPAA and local privacy laws.
