CANCELLATION POLICY:  We know that life happens!  You may cancel/reschedule you appointment at no charge if notice is given at least 48 working hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  A $50 charge is applied if canceled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice.  Thank you for your understanding. 

REFUND POLICY: Refunds or exhanges for retail products are given only if the product is unopened and within 14 days of purchase.  There are no refunds on services.
