Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment online with Arbora Medical Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointment Policy
  • Appointments may be booked online or by phone.
  • You must be 18 years or older to book certain treatments. A valid ID may be required.
  • Some services require a consultation prior to treatment to ensure safety and best results.
2. Deposit & Payment
  • $50 consultation fee is required for new patient consultations. This fee will be applied toward your treatment cost if booked within 30 days. Starting April 15, 2026, a 30% deposit will be required at time of booking. 
  • Payment for services is due at the time of treatment.
  • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cherry Financing, and CareCredit.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and no call/noshows will be subject to a $150 fee or 50% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is less. Starting April 15, 2026 cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no call/no shows will forefit the 30% deposit.
4. Late Arrival Policy
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in and forms.
  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will require reschedulig and will be treated as a less than 24 hour notice cancellation (see above fee).
5. Medical Disclosure
  • All patients must complete a medical intake form before treatment.
  • Please disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications. This ensures your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment.
  • Failure to disclose accurate medical information may require rescheduling or discontinuation of treatment.
6. Refunds & Returns
  • Services rendered are non-refundable.
  • If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
  • Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
7. Right to Refuse Service
  • Arbora Medical Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone who demonstrates inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or non-compliance with policies.
8. Privacy
  • Your personal health information is confidential and protected under HIPAA.
  • Please review our full Privacy Policy for details on how we safeguard your records.
9. Health & Safety Protocols
  • Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or have been exposed to contagious illness.
  • We may reschedule appointments for the safety of patients and staff.
  • By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
