Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment online with Arbora Medical Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointment Policy
Appointments may be booked online or by phone.
You must be 18 years or older to book certain treatments. A valid ID may be required.
Some services require a consultation prior to treatment to ensure safety and best results.
2. Deposit & Payment
A $50 consultation fee is required for new patient consultations. This fee will be applied toward your treatment cost if booked within 30 days.
Payment for services is due at the time of treatment, unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cherry Financing, and CareCredit.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $150 fee or 50% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is greater.
No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

All patients must complete a medical intake form before treatment.
Please disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications. This ensures your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment.
Failure to disclose accurate medical information may require rescheduling or discontinuation of treatment.
6. Refunds & Returns
Services rendered are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 3 days so we can address your concerns.
Retail products may be exchanged within 10 days if unopened and in original condition.
