Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients. In some cases, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Deposits

A deposit of $50 to $100 may be required at the time of booking to secure consultation appointments. This amount will be applied toward your service and is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.
