Price is valid for 7 days. Please send current imaging (within 1 year) at least 3 business days before your appointment to avoid cancellation. Once stem cells are ordered for your appointment, that portion of the payment becomes non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.

Deposit Policy – A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of scheduling to secure your appointment. If not received, your time slot may be released. This deposit is applied to your total balance. Regarding this quote, if a deposit has been made, payment in full of the remaining balance is required no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled appointment date. 

24-Hour Cancellation Policy – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows – Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of payment.
