All bookings are processed through Xklusive Body & Med Spa. By submitting a booking, you agree to our Cancellation Policy and authorize charges as outlined.

No Show Policy - If you are a no show for your appointment without notice, we will charge your card on file for 100% of the procedure scheduled up to $250.

Online Booking - Online booking requires a $50 deposit. This deposit will go toward any future treatments as a credit. If you do not show up for your appointment $50 deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy - We aim to bring you the highest quality staff and level of service - unfortunately, this is not cheap, and good people are hard to find. When you book or reserve a time with Xklusive Body & Med Spa, we not only guarantee your appointment and service length, but we are also turning away others who might want your spot. As you might espect, the closer it gets to your appointment date, the harder it is for us to fill a spot. However, we do understand that things come up, so please give us 48 hours or more to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your business is important to us, and we aim to have a long-term relationship with our patients. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged with a $75 cancellation fee. 

***please note that Monday appointments must be canceled on Thursday prior to your appointment time. Tuesday appointments must be canceled on Friday by 4:00pm before your appointment time. WE DO NOT CHECK MESSAGES ON THE WEEKENDS OR AFTER HOURS*** 

Consultations - Xklusive Body & Med Spa provides a 30 minute consultaion that incudes full history and assessment of your concerns and needs. We then customize a treatment plan for you and provide any quotes. Consultation fees are $50 which will be credited to your account for any future service that you ay choose.
