• Booking Fee → A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service.

• Clean Face Please → No makeup so we can focus fully on your skin.

• Telehealth Prep → Ensure you have a stable internet connection and are not driving during your virtual appointment.

• Timing Matters → Running late? Your session may be shortened or rescheduled.

• 24-Hour Notice → Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Late cancellations = 50% charge.

• No-Shows → Missed appointments will be charged the full service fee.

• All Sales Final → Consultations, memberships, and products are non-refundable, but we’ll always work with you to get the best results.
