Payment Terms
- All clients are required to pay a $50 booking deposit to secure their appointment. This amount will be applied toward your treatment total.
- Final treatment costs will depend on your selected service and product usage (including total toxin units), which will be confirmed with your Provider before treatment begins.
- A minimum of 25 units of neurotoxin is required per treatment session.
- Booking terms may vary for promotions, sales, and special offers as specified on our Terms of Service page
Medical Provider Review
- After your appointment request is submitted, your medical chart will be reviewed by our supervising medical provider.
- If additional information is needed, you may be contacted prior to treatment.
- If you are not medically approved for treatment, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- There is no additional fee for this review.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time at no charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no charge.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
