We’re committed to providing safe, high-quality aesthetic and wellness care in a professional, comfortable environment. Please review the following terms and policies prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but because appointments are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in a $50 fee.

No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount or a $50 fee—whichever is greater.

Arriving 10 minutes or more late may result in rescheduling and a cancellation fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to book future services.

Children & Guests

For safety and comfort, children under 12 are not permitted in the treatment area.

Guests are welcome to wait in the lobby unless otherwise approved by staff.
