Consultation Fee Policy

A $75 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If you choose to proceed with a treatment or service on the same day as your consultation, the consultation fee will be waived. 

 

Arrival & Consent Policy

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. New clients will complete intake paperwork, and all clients will be asked to review and sign the appropriate consent forms before each treatment. 

 

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

A $50 no-call/no-show fee will be charged and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a balance being added to your account. 

 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled to avoid disrupting the schedule. If your appointment cannot be accommodated, the $50 no-call/no-show fee will apply.
