We understand that unexpected situations arise and appointments sometimes need to be changed. Because we reserve your appointment time specifically for you, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellation Fee
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service price.

No-Show Fee
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us in advance, a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service price will be charged.

These fees compensate our providers for time that was reserved and could not be offered to another patient. A valid payment method may be required to schedule an appointment. Fees must be paid before additional appointments can be booked.

We understand that genuine emergencies and unavoidable circumstances occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of clinic management. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
