Booking Terms — Marcos Medical Aesthetics & Wellness

1. New Patients:
If you are new to our practice, please call us at 210-536-0636 to schedule your initial consultation. This allows us to ensure you are booked for the correct service and provider.

2. Appointment Confirmations:
All appointments must be confirmed prior to your visit. You will receive a confirmation text or email — please respond promptly to secure your time slot.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a fee of $50.00

4. Late Arrivals:
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, in consideration of other patients.

5. Payment & Deposits:
Some services may require a deposit or pre-payment at the time of booking. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

6. Medical Clearance:
Certain treatments require a consultation or medical clearance prior to being performed. Your provider will discuss this during your visit.

7. Courtesy & Privacy:
Please silence your phone during treatment and respect the privacy and comfort of all guests.
