A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
A consultation may be required prior to certain medical or aesthetic treatments.
During your consultation, a licensed provider will review your medical history, discuss your goals, and recommend appropriate treatments.
The consultation fee (if applicable) may be applied toward your treatment if booked within 30 days.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–50% of the service cost) is required at the time of booking for all medical and aesthetic procedures.
Deposits are applied toward your final balance on the day of service.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. Cash may be accepted.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to show will result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a late arrival fee may apply.
Clients must complete a confidential health intake form before treatment.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.
The provider reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or medically inappropriate.
Individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and compliance with aftercare instructions.
Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
Follow-up appointments should be scheduled as advised by your provider.
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed treatments, prepaid packages, or deposits.
Unused package sessions may be credited toward other services at the discretion of management.
Skincare products may be exchanged only if unopened and returned within 3 days of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Expired offers cannot be honored past their validity date.

Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or health conditions that may contraindicate treatment.
