Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment; otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. No-call/no-show appointments will also incur the $50 fee. New consultation fees of $50 may be applied toward services unless the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or results in a no-call/no-show, in which case the fee becomes non-refundable.

Any data collected is used for the purpose explained, protected using reasonable security measures, and retained only as long as needed. Credit Card Policy: A valid credit card is required to schedule appointments, secure services, and process applicable deposits. Cards may be charged for services rendered, missed appointments, or late cancellations in accordance with our cancellation policy.
